The panel members will meet with people and businesses across Atlantic Canada in 2026 to hear what is working, what is holding the region back and where Atlantic Canada can win.

One of our projects that used the Legalett ThermalWall PH Panels. We are proud to be part of it.

This project addresses issues of social, economic and environmental sustainability. A high-performance building, it reduces construction time and cost through systematized modular construction

Located in downtown Hamilton, this project provides much needed housing for those who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing homelessness. By transforming a former surface parking lot into a welcoming and dignified place to call home, the project demonstrates that equitable access to housing is indeed possible. The three-storey building accommodates 24 studio dwelling units along with shared amenities on the ground floor. These include a community room, meeting room, lounge, and laundry facility.

Legalett Canada is excited to be listed on the BTZ exchange & we look forward to helping developers, designers, & builders achieve high-performance for their projects with the help of our Passive House Institute certified component building envelope systems.

The PHI report listed on the BTZx Building Sector Asset Map demonstrates the building science behind Legalett Canada‘s building envelope systems.

A new asset has been added to the BTZx Nova Scotia Building Sector Asset Map, submitted by BTZx member Legalett Canada Inc. & Greg West.

This submission features a building science report from the Passive House Institute, certifying Legalett’s Thermal-WALL PH Panel as a PHI Certified Component for cold climates. The report confirms the panel’s high-performance insulation capabilities, making it a strong option for energy-efficient and Passive House-standard exterior wall assemblies.
