This week, Jonathan was onsite supporting a customer with an RDI service job, while Maxime was also in the field delivering hands-on training in vibration analysis using the ACOEM Falcon and shaft alignment with the ACOEM AT-200.

From condition monitoring to precision alignment, our team continues to bring practical expertise and the right technologies directly to our customers.

Cette semaine, Jonathan était sur site pour effectuer un mandat de service avec la technologie RDI, tandis que Maxime était également sur le terrain pour offrir une formation pratique en analyse vibratoire avec le Falcon d’ACOEM ainsi qu’en alignement d’arbres avec l’AT-200 d’ACOEM.

De la surveillance de l’état des équipements à l’alignement de précision, notre équipe continue de mettre son expertise et les bonnes technologies directement au service de nos clients.

This week, Maxime shared his expertise during a laser and dial indicator alignment training, combining theory and hands-on learning to help participants build their skills.

Meanwhile, Jonathan was onsite supporting a customer with RDI technology, providing hands-on assistance directly at their facility.

Two different activities, but the same goal: sharing our reliability expertise and supporting our customers in the field!

Cette semaine, Maxime a partagé son expertise lors d’une formation en alignement laser et à cadrans indicateurs, combinant théorie et pratique pour aider les participants à développer leurs compétences.

De son côté, Jonathan était sur le terrain pour supporter un client avec la technologie RDI, directement sur son site.

Take your vibration analysis skills to the next level.

Our ISO Category II Vibration Analysis Training, delivered in partnership with CMVA, is designed for professionals looking to strengthen their diagnostic capabilities and expand their expertise in predictive maintenance.

Over 5 days (38 hours), participants will cover:

• Vibration principles
• Data acquisition and signal processing
• Condition monitoring
• Fault analysis and corrective actions
• Equipment testing and diagnostics
• Acceptance testing
• Reporting and documentation
• Fault severity assessment
• Industry reference standards

The course includes the CMVA certification exam and is taught by Maxime Corey, ISO Category III Vibration Analyst.

This week, Jonathan delivered shaft alignment training using the ACOEM ECO system, helping participants develop the skills and confidence needed to perform precise alignments in the field.

Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, attendees gained practical experience to improve machine reliability, reduce downtime, and support long-term asset performance.

Cette semaine, Jonathan a donné une formation en alignement d'arbres à l'aide du système ACOEM ECO, permettant aux participants de développer les compétences et la confiance nécessaires pour réaliser des alignements précis sur le terrain.

Grâce à une combinaison de théorie et de pratique, les participants ont acquis une expérience concrète visant à améliorer la fiabilité des équipements, réduire les arrêts non planifiés et optimiser la performance des actifs à long terme.
