This project was completed in two phases.

First open wall between the living room and kitchen.

Second install new flooring between both rooms, as the dining room had hardwood installed over top of linoleum.

Kitchen Renovation project with a high quality second hand kitchen. Original kitchen cabinets had done their turn.
Client found a second hand kitchen on kijiji.
Up to me to fit all the pieces together.
With some creative problem solving, the counter top was extended with the addition of some butcher block to the right of the sink.
A lazy susan was installed in the corner to the left of the dishwasher.
The new kitchen added a dishwasher to the delight of the tenants.
A great transformation. Happy tenants = happy client.
