Every wall envelope panel that leaves the UnitiWall factory passes through a team of specialists, and it starts with the people who built that team.

As part of the leadership at UnitiWall, Joe Aprile has spent nearly 30 years in prefabrication. He didn't set out to build a company from scratch. He set out to build the team that could execute at that level, in-house, from design through installation.

That team is who shows up on job sites today.

Most planning stops at handover. The cost doesn't.

Heating and cooling run for the life of the building. So does the wall envelope, whether it's doing its job or not.

UnitiWall carries an effective R33+ rating on a fully non-combustible assembly, with a 99-year design service life validated by Stantec.

The construction budget lasts a few years. The wall envelope has to perform for decades after it's spent.

The real cost is still ahead of the building on opening day.

Delivered just a short distance from our Mississauga facility, the fully panelized wall panels arrive ready to install, seamlessly integrating the complex geometries of this building’s unique design. With limited laydown space, each panel is lifted directly from transport trailers and hung on the building, enabling a streamlined process engineered for precision-quality, safety, and speed.

This innovative project showcases our collaborative efforts with Pomerleau, MJMA, Patkau Architects and other dedicated teams working to bring one of the tallest mass timber and steel hybrid structures in North America to life.
