UnitiWall’s high-performance prefabricated wall panels are going up on the much-anticipated University of Toronto Academic Wood Tower --- one of the tightest downtown sites in Toronto.

Delivered just a short distance from our Mississauga facility, the fully unitized wall panels arrive ready to install, seamlessly integrating the complex geometries of this building’s unique design. With limited laydown space, each panel is lifted directly from transport trailers and hung on the building, enabling a streamlined process engineered for precision-quality, safety, and speed.

This innovative project showcases our collaborative efforts with Pomerleau, MJMA, Patkau Architects and other dedicated teams working to bring one of the tallest mass timber and steel hybrid structures in North America to life.
