It is with great pride that we announce the completion of the Rehabilitation Center for Adaptable Youth of Thérese-De Blainville! After a period of ambitious design and sustained collaboration, this exceptional center is finally becoming a reality.
A unique design: An innovative center, designed according to the design-construction model, combining functionality and aesthetics.
Architecture designed for young people: Each space has been designed to meet the specific needs of young people, optimizing their rehabilitation journey and facilitating their social reintegration.

• Two pavilions interconnected by a modern walkway
• Nine separate living units, with clinical, administrative, pedagogical and food spaces adapted to residents' needs.

Last week, our teams across multiple projects took part in Safety Week 2026, with a focus on STKY, Stuff That Kills You. This initiative helped us confront and raise awareness to the most serious risks in construction and sharpen our focus on what truly matters: keeping every worker safe.
We hosted site workshops, safety demos, toolbox talks, and lunches to create space for real conversations about fatal hazards, prevention, and the actions that make a difference

Modular installation of units in the Acadie Project | Monde-Uni Housing Cooperative

A significant step was recently achieved on the construction site of the Monde-Uni Cooperative 'habitation, an affordable housing project implemented under the Program d'habitation abable Québec (PHAQ) of the Société d'habitation du Québec (SHQ), aimed at supporting the realization of affordable rental housing intended for households low or moderate income as well as people with special housing needs.
In just 3 days, the 26 modular dwellings were successfully installed on-site, showcasing the efficiency, coordination and expertise of the mobilized teams.
This project is carried out by Magil-Tisseur, in collaboration with maisonsbonnevillehomes, responsible for the manufacture of modular units. This innovative approach accelerates construction while ensuring a high level of quality for the benefit of future residents.

Big news at Magil 🚧
We are proud to have been given the mandate to carry out maintenance work at the Arts Place Building.
The objective: ensure public safety and preserve this emblematic place of Montreal's culture for future generations. This large-scale project includes facade repair and modernization of some key areas - all in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles.
Proud to contribute to the sustainability of this iconic building, our teams are mobilized and committed to put all Magil's expertise at the service of this exceptional project.
