This was for a company in Central Alberta that manufactures modular barns and then delivers and assembles them on site. They are very cool and very nicely done. They definitely take pride in their work.

Site Plans play a huge role in the permitting process. Almost every residential and commercial project I work on requires Land Use Bylaw review to ensure your project is built within the 'rules' of the location it is being built on. There are defined rules regarding building location, parking spaces & location, landscaping areas, etc.

Lucky for you, I research and review all those things so you don't have to!

I designed Tiny Homes for a builder out of Morinville for a few years. It was very interesting, fun and usually challenging fitting as much stuff as we could into as small of a space as possible.

I have done various Multi-Bay Commercial projects. These can be challenging when doing permitting because you have to be cognizant of the bays being leased or rented out to various classifications of businesses.

This was my first big project and I even came up with the idea of sloping the wash bays from front to back so water would drain from truck beds. This was constructed with a product called Octaform, which is a PVC panel form with concrete poured in the middle. This was another challenging project because of all the corners and roof tie-ins.
