A participant in IPEX's New Graduate Development Program (NGDP), Nour Khalil's journey reflects the value of hands-on experience and continuous learning. Since joining IPEX, Nour has gained exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing operations through rotations in both the Process & Setup and Production departments at Bermondsey.

For Nour, one of the most valuable aspects of the NGDP has been the opportunity to work alongside different teams, take ownership of meaningful projects and develop a broader understanding of how collaboration drives successful plant operations.

Her experience highlights how technical development, adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement help build the next generation of manufacturing leaders.
