Metalex is looking for a certified Journeyman Ironworker (Metal Building Systems Erector) to join our field crews across Alberta. This role is primarily focused on rigid frame, pre-engineered steel structures — but also includes self-framing and foam panel buildings.

You’re expected to execute independently, hold the quality standard on site, and bring the kind of precision and ownership that sets the tone for the crew. We’re looking for someone who’s driven — by the craft, by delivering for customers, and by being part of a company that’s building something worth being proud of.

Foam Panel Plant Operator
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Steady work close to home. No camp rotations, no long hauls — just consistent, full-time work building the insulated panel systems that go into steel buildings across Canada.

No foam panel experience required. We train the right people.
