Just finished dismantling this double pen log barn near Winston-Salem. Looking to sell all logs as one unit.

Pen 1: 16ft x 16ft x 13 courses, pine, 8-12 inch face. A few logs have water or ground damage, but largely in great shape.

Pen 2: 15ft x 16 ft x 16 courses. Mostly 8 inch face. Oak and pine logs. Exposed gable end has only a few viable logs, but the other 3 sides are solid.

Logs are tagged and dismantled. Logs are currently at the original site located near Winston-Salem, NC. I have a tractor on site and can load logs onto your trailer. Please feel free to call 336-877-8888 with interest.

Reclaimed Wormy Chestnut Timbers: floor joists from circa 1920 church in NC Blue Ridge Mountains: 36 timbers, approx. 8 inch diameter, approx. 13 feet long (11’-9” between shoulders), round with one hewn face. Stored in the dry on sticks. Will be gorgeous as rafters or posts. $225/timber. Prefer to sell as one lot.

Reclaimed Faded Red Barn Board: Boards are 3 inches – 10 inches wide, 3 feet – 10 feet long. Mix of pine, hemlock, chestnut and poplar. Red varies from dark to faded/weathered. Bundle is approximately 1,100 board feet, will yield 700-800 SF when tongue and grooved. Outstanding for gorgeous reclaimed paneling, especially if you’re an NC State fan. Bundle as is (metal detected) $4.00/BF. For kiln dry and T&G total cost is $6.85/SF.

Reclaimed Yellow Pine with a rich brown patina and original circular saw marks. Kiln Dried, Straight Lined, T&G, 3.5 - 4 inches wide, 7 - 12 feet lengths (estimate about 90%), 1,000 - 1,100 SF. Will make for a gorgeous ceiling or wall (and possibly flooring). $6.25/SF
