Job Position: Inside sales representative

Job description:
The Inside Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and brings strong organizational skills to the table.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process daily invoices and ensure all orders are shipped by end of day
-Handle incoming mail and process daily cheques, forwarding them to accounting
-Support basic accounting tasks such as sending invoice copies
Process orders, non‑stock requests, and credit applications
-Prepare and maintain internal reporting
-Update and maintain customer records (addresses, site contacts, account details)
-Provide product information, explain system functionality, and suggest alternatives
-Follow up on back orders and open orders
-Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
-Maintain the front end by cleaning, restocking, and organizing merchandise
-Support the orders team as needed
Qualifications & Skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Basic understanding of accounting processes (an asset)
-Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving skill
-Experience using Netsuite (an asset)
