There is one measurement that takes 10 seconds and prevents a three-week delay. Almost nobody takes it.

It's called the backset — the distance from the edge of your door to the centre of the borehole. Standard backsets are 2⅜ or 2¾ inches. Get it wrong and the latch won't align. Wrong orders happen every single week because of this one skipped step.

A lot of people don't know we do installations. That is genuinely on us. So — we do installations.

You pick the hardware here, we send someone to install it. Locks, hinges, full door sets, entry sets. Licensed locksmiths and installers — not subcontracted. Our people.

You shouldn't have to source a premium piece of hardware and then spend the next week trying to find a qualified installer to put it in correctly. We handle both ends.
