After & Before picture

Our client has an old side door which did not let in any light, and opened inward, which didn’t allow them any space.

We replaced it with a brand new fiberglass door with a small privacy window, which allows enough light inside, as well as a multi point locking system. The door now opens outward and has a self closing hinge to prevent the door from swinging out too far.

We sealed up below the door as the previous configuration allowed for water leakage, and bug infestation.

This client couldn’t be happier with their decision.

After and Before Pics

My client called me complaining of a leak happening in her house from her 20-year-old windows. My team determined the source of the leak and replaced the window in under 3 weeks.

Turned out the old window did not have any insulation and the sealant material was not done properly. We removed everything from the opening, installed an Energy Star vinyl fixed window on top of an awning which will now give them the efficiency they need, insulated the perimeter of the window, and sealed the exterior with caulking.

Almost done with the windows… gonna look absolutely amazing when we are all done.

We used our new SlimLine series vinyl windows allowing for more glass and a slimmer frame.
