After and Before Pics
My client called me complaining of a leak happening in her house from her 20-year-old windows. My team determined the source of the leak and replaced the window in under 3 weeks.
Turned out the old window did not have any insulation and the sealant material was not done properly. We removed everything from the opening, installed an Energy Star vinyl fixed window on top of an awning which will now give them the efficiency they need, insulated the perimeter of the window, and sealed the exterior with caulking.
