Hand-Painted Re-Imagined furniture and decor for your home. Upcycling, Restoration & Refinishing Welcome to my creative haven! Happy Junkin'!
~Lisa

I hope this page will be a hub of inspiration and innovation, where I dive into the world of crafting artistic furniture and décor for my home and garden...and maybe yours too! My passion is finding unique, forgotten, overlooked and outdated pieces of furniture, salvage, decor and junk to reimagine into something new and beautiful. I believe that every piece of furniture and salvage has a story to tell, and I'm here to give them all a second chance by breathing new life into an old piece through imaginative repurposing. Whether it's an weathered chair, a battered dresser, a neglected table or an old tool box full of rusty hardware, I'm on a mission unleash my creativity and contribute to a more sustainable world. Sometimes I paint, sometimes I restore and sometimes I build from scratch but I always have the goal in mind of creating something new from something old for my home and maybe yours too! I would love it if you would click that "follow" button and support my growing business.

Reimagined with a French Country vibe! Solid wood 2 pc Lane Furniture China Cabinet

I rescued this piece from a home where the new owners inherited it from the previous owners because it was, I can only guess, too darn big to move down two flights of stairs! Cue my knight in shining armour and all around good sport, Pat to the rescue! PIVOT! PIVOT!

and here she is now…. 😍 🎨 😍

(I only bled twice replacing the glass with chicken 🐓 wire 😳🥴🙄)

Indulge in the rustic elegance of this exquisitely refinished two-piece china cabinet, embodying the timeless charm of the French country style. Painted with Fusion All-in-One Mineral Paint in “Little Lamb & Cashmere” and finished with Antiquing Glaze, wax and adorned with delicate details of crackle, gold guild, original brass hardware and decoupage drawer sides. This cabinet boasts dual cupboards with shelves, three drawers, including a designated silverware compartment. The hutch has been reimagined with chicken wire panels in place of glass. There are two three-piece glass shelves allowing for removal of sections of the shelves so you can display oversized pieces. A unique feature that I haven’t seen before! Top hutch also includes lighting.

This cabinet is a beast that will last for years to come. Solid wood with the exception of the appliqués on the cupboard doors.

A sad morning in my gardens 😥. With the trees still having all their leaves the weight of the rain and wet snow was too much for some of them. And to think it was 20 degrees , warm and gorgeous just a few days ago. This weird weather is becoming the new normal. I don’t like it! 5 years growing my Blaze Maple to where it was really starting to provide shade and gorgeous fall colours, p**f, crack, snap. I’m crushed! 💙💙💙 when I plant a tree I always think “will I see this reach maturity before I’m … you know … gone”. 5 years of growth is hard to make up when you’re over the middle age hump. 😳😳😳. I haven’t even looked in the back yard yet. Waiting for daylight to see how much damage. Ugh! 😭😭😭
