Responsibilities

• Manage websites
• Manage site content of the websites
• Implement multiple promotional campaigns and integrate video, graphics, and other third-party services into the website
• Quality-test and troubleshoot the website in various browsers
• SEO and performance improvement
• Add new products with description
• Edit products based on the availability of products
• Responsible for maintaining and expanding the site as needed
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Spoken Mandarin is an asset.
• Strong teamwork, able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn.
• 3+ years experience in website design and development.
• Familiar with web development tools and trends.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS & PHP.
• Proficient in content management systems, including WordPress.
• Good command in office 365 (Microsoft Teams, Words, Excel, PowerPoint), and Zoom. Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset.

Primary duties include:

· Assist homeowners, designers, and contractors with their product needs in-person or over the phone and email

· Build trust and relationship with customers, ensuring their shopping journey is the best it can be

· Promote fit-for-purpose product solutions and help customers make buying decisions

· Maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales, and customer requests

· Create quotes for clients and it into orders

· Provide post order support enquiries such as status, back-order inquiries, returns and refunds

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of experience with customer service

· Basic knowledge of electronics and LED’s

· Good understanding of industry and design trends

· Proficient on computers and comfortable learning new software (knowledge of AutoCAD would be an asset)

· Able to compare products and present alternatives

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Has an ability to multi-task in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

· Able to deliver results while working with others and join a team culture that is respectful and Supports the company values of Care, Teamwork, Honesty and Respect; and

· Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
