Our Royal Service Promise 🤝

The births of both Prince William and Prince Harry weren’t the only royal news to come out of the 1980s. After being coined by one of our Team Members in 1985, Royal Service was born.

Our Royal Service Promise is our return policy for everything we sell, and it means “No sale is final until you’re satisfied.” This means that we’ll always repair, replace or provide a refund if you’re not happy with your purchase. 🔄
