Skookum Tools Ltd. is growing — and we’re looking to add a reliable team member to support both Skookum Tools (industrial e-commerce) and Elite4 Games (local retail & events).
We’re looking for someone who wants stable, long-term employment in a small, owner-operated business — not just a temporary job.
Position: Operations & E-Commerce Assistant
Location: Langford
Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour
Full-time preferred
Evenings & weekends required
What the Role Includes
🔹 Shipping and warehouse operations (Skookum Tools)
🔹 Inventory receiving and organization
🔹 Customer service (in person, phone, email, live chat)
🔹 Local pickup coordination
🔹 Event and retail support at Elite4 Games
This is a blended role that combines logistics, customer service, and hands-on operations. No two days are exactly the same.
Training is provided — we’re looking for reliability, attention to detail, and someone comfortable interacting with customers.
