2 Passing tri-axle's has never looked so easy. 🪨

Over at the continental paving quarry, our WA500 GPB nicknamed the '2-pass' is showing why it's earned its name. When it's not loading trucks in two passes, it's mixing and moving material without missing a beat.

7,000 hours in and the bucket has no rebuilds.

Talk about combining efficiency and durability.

Helical Pile Solutions Ltd. out in Alberta showing off the power of the AMI Pipe Grapple. 🦾

Pipe is a way of life out in western Canada, and contractors rely on tools that won't let them down. Transporting and installing long sections of pipe can be awkward to maneuver, so companies often turn to attachments built specifically for the job rather than slinging it and slowing down production.

It's always a pleasure to see unique attachments and applications like this out in the field.

Notice something? 👀

An AMI bucket working in hammered foundation and no wear bars needed. One of the many benefits of investing in quality attachments built with steel.

HD PRO is officially part of the global Hardox In My Body program!

So how does a bucket actually earn that certification? Evan from SSAB stopped by AMI to walk us through the process and certify our newest generation dig bucket.

This isn't a stamp handed out across the industry. It's backed by real requirements and real reviews, and HD PRO met every one of them.

We're thrilled to welcome HD PRO into the Hardox In My Body family 🎉

WA500 '2-PASS' 🪣

Our GP bucket showing exactly what it is spec'd for; 2-passing trucks. This particular one was running in a concrete quarry mixing and flying through tri-axle after tri-axle.

7,000 hours in on this bucket and it's still going strong with no rebuilds, that's the power of Hardox.

7 years later and still going strong. 🦖

BDT Equipment has run their AMI Graptor for 7 years across 3 different machines — and it's still going strong, with zero rebuilds.

Fun fact: BDT's Graptor was actually built and sold before our Graptor line became powered by RAMCAM. That's why you won't see the RAMCAM badging on this one — it's an early build that's just kept performing.

Seeing attachments hold up to what contractors throw at them day in and day out is exactly what gives us pride. It's proof that we're building a product our customers can trust, long after the sale.

Our 25 Year Journey has been filled with innovation, wins failures and a lot of lessons. But one thing we always came back to was,

What If?

What if we could make the most innovative attachments on the market? What if we could save contractors downtime? What if we could make buckets with the highest capacity gains on the market? What if we could change the way the attachment market looks at steel?

That drives us here at AMI and is a founding principle that we've stood on for 25 years.

Whats your 'What If?'

Why Would Roy-Mar Use a Skeleton Bucket for Demolition? ☠️

There's a reason you'll see more skelly buckets on Roy-Mar's demolition sites these days.

The setup is simple but smart: a skeleton bucket paired with a progressive link thumb. The open design lets operators see straight through the bucket while pulling material down — no guessing what's underneath, just a clear view of the job as it happens.

That visibility pairs with serious mechanical advantage. The PL thumb gives operators max curl and extension, so they're not fighting the material, they're working with it.

But the real advantage shows up after the pull. As material moves through the bucket, dirt filters out through the skeleton frame — leaving cleaner loads on the trucks and usable backfill left behind on site. Less waste hauled, less material wasted.

It's a small setup change that adds up to a real workflow difference. Roy-Mar liked the results enough that they've kept expanding their skelly lineup ever since making the switch.

Sometimes the right attachment isn't about doing more — it's about doing the job smarter.

Buy it nice, or buy it twice.

The BDT crew doesn’t have time for buckets that can’t keep up. They’re tearing through footings, foundations, and full demo work — and every swing puts the attachment to the test.

BDT Equipment hand-picks skilled operators. But even the best operator needs a bucket that won’t quit on them.

That’s why they run AMI. 💪
