New equipment for copper smelting furnace maintenance! HCR200D demolition robot delivered, inspected and trained on-site.
Our engineers completed equipment acceptance, operation training and trial run in one go.
Copper smelting furnaces accumulate high-temperature slag. Manual furnace entry is risky and inefficient. The remote-controlled HCR200D handles slag removal and refractory brick demolition. Operators stay away from high-temperature debris and dust, cutting maintenance time significantly.
Delivery is just the start. Technical training and after-sales support are available. Intelligent equipment solves high-risk metallurgical maintenance problems.
