In response to the pain points of multiple steps, high costs, long cycles, and difficulty in quick implementation at client plant construction sites, KERUI has developed an EPCC project for a natural gas processing plant for South Asian clients. The project employs a modular design, achieving a 15%–25% reduction in project costs, effectively shortening construction schedules and enhancing construction efficiency. The project is designed with a processing capacity of 250 MMSCFD, making it the leading-scale natural gas processing project in the region, capable of meeting one-third of local household natural gas demand. In response to client sites facing issues such as high energy consumption of traditional generating units, large fuel consumption, prominent operational noise, excessive carbon emissions, and poor power supply stability, KERUI has developed and manufactured a Battery Energy Storage System. Recently, 13 high-end intelligent gas engine-driven reciprocating compressor units independently developed and manufactured by Kerui have been successfully delivered and dispatched. Over 130 truckloads of equipment were shipped in batches to oil and gas field project sites in the Gulf region to support the efficient development of local oil and gas resources. As vehicles loaded with high-end oil and gas equipment departed one after another from Kerui's R&D and manufacturing base, the company ushered in a new peak in shipments.

For the client's oil and gas field sites, where working conditions are complex and extreme climates such as high temperatures and large diurnal temperature variations prevail, KERUI has developed and manufactured the 400-type dual-engine, dual-pump cementing trailer for African clients. The equipment is characterized by high temperature resistance and sandstorm protection, enabling stable operation in high-temperature desert environments and easily coping with complex local climate conditions such as high heat and sandstorms. In response to the issues of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by venting natural gas during pipeline maintenance, KERUI has developed a vehicle-mounted pipeline gas recovery compressor unit, primarily used in emergency repair and maintenance scenarios of long-distance natural gas pipelines.
The equipment features a modular design with a high level of integration, allowing it to be set up in just 2 hours, making relocation operations more convenient. It supports one-button linkage and high automation, significantly reducing on-site labor intensity, and a single unit can achieve 90% pipeline gas recovery. The equipment successfully completed the country's first large-diameter natural gas long-distance pipeline venting recovery project under the National Pipeline Network Group, recovering a total of 1.564 million standard cubic meters of natural gas and reducing emissions by 23,400 tons of CO₂ equivalent.
