INSIDE OUR PHUKET PROJECT — EP.03

The container arrived.

Now came the part we couldn't do from the factory.

On a project like this, getting the products to Phuket is only half the story. Once everything arrives on site, the drawings, the products and the actual building all have to meet in the same place.

That's when our team starts checking.

Are the openings ready?
Do the frames line up?
Are the details working the way they should?

Sometimes it's a small adjustment.
Sometimes it's a detail that needs another look.

That's project work.

Not everything goes exactly as planned.
What matters is having the people there who know how to deal with it.

From our factory in China to this villa in Phuket, our team stayed involved through delivery and installation.

And then, one day, the doors opened, the windows were in place, and the view was finally there.

That's the moment we were working towards.

The drawing looked simple.

The actual project wasn't.

A villa with large openings, ultra-narrow frames and views that needed to stay uninterrupted — every detail had to work together before anything could go into production.

So we went back and forth on the drawings.
Checked the dimensions.
Looked at the openings.
Adjusted the details.
Then checked them again.

Because once a project is in production,
there's not much room for “we'll figure it out later.”

We recently welcomed our long-term coating partner, TIGER Coatings, to our 350,000 m² smart manufacturing base. A factory visit, a closer look at our production lines, and plenty of conversations about what makes a good aluminum window and door.

For us, coating is not just about color. It plays a part in how a product looks, performs, and holds up over time. That’s why we’ve worked with TIGER Coatings for years, using over 300 tons of TIGER powder coating annually across our product range.
