Real production case
Not every stainless steel sphere comes out perfect —
especially after transportation.
In this case, the sphere was slightly dented during transit.
Instead of scrapping it, we went through a full correction process:
– Carefully pulling the dented area back into shape
– Reworking the welded joint
– Grinding to remove surface marks
– Polishing step by step until the surface became uniform again
What matters is not just making a product,
but knowing how to bring it back to the right condition when something goes wrong.
