A former campus, reimagined. A facade that moves like a wave. 🎋

The Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci in Nanterre, France, has always been a place where ideas take shape. Now, its architecture does too.

dasso bamboo panels were chosen to clad the building's signature wave-like facade — over 20 kilometers of custom-profiled, pre-drilled elements, with lengths reaching up to 4.6 meters, to follow the building's curves without interruption. A modular installation system kept the process precise and efficient on site.

The result is a facade that breathes. Natural. Warm. Quietly extraordinary.

This is what bamboo can do — not just as a green material, but as an architectural one.
