Install drywall

Fix the plasterboard to the keel with a self-tapping screw gun. The nail head should be embedded in the board surface by 0.5～1mm. After the nail head is painted with anti-rust paint, use putty to level it, and use 5*25 or 5*35 countersunk head self-tapping screws for self-tapping screws.

At the joint of gypsum board, if it is a dense joint, leave a 3mm board seam on the gypsum board, insert putty, stick glass fiber joint tape, and then use putty to scrape it smoothly. If you need to leave a seam, generally 10mm, brush the color paste in the seam, or use a concave aluminum strip.

When fixing the gypsum board, put the board upright, drill through the board and the keel with an electric drill, the diameter of the drill bit is slightly smaller than the diameter of the self-tapping screw, and fix it with a self-tapping screw. The distance between self-tapping screws is not more than 200mm.

Ceiling screw
1. Selection of boom: M6 diameter for light ceilings, M8 diameter for medium and heavy-duty ceilings. If there are special requirements and the load is large, it needs to be confirmed by the structural design.

2. Hanging point spacing: Generally, the spacing between the ceilings is 1200-1500mm, and the spacing between the ceilings is 900-1200mm.

3. Fixation of suspended ceiling: The cast-in-place concrete roof can be pre-embedded with booms or iron pieces during construction, and the booms and iron pieces can be welded; under old buildings or concrete round-hole plates, the iron pieces of the suspension points can be fixed with a nail gun. The nails must be firm. If there is a hole at the end of the nail, you can use the hole of the nail to fix the boom. Or lower the expansion bolt according to the position of the lifting point.

When the boom is installed, the upper end should be firmly welded with the embedded part, and the lower end should be threaded and equipped with a nut. The exposed thread of the end is not less than 3MM.

Light steel keel is mainly divided into two categories: wall keel (Q) and ceiling keel (D). The main specifications of wall keel are divided into Q50, Q75, Q100 and Q150, and the main specifications of ceiling keel are divided into D38, D50 and D60. According to its cross-sectional shape, it is divided into seven types: U-shaped, C-shaped, T-shaped, H-shaped, V-shaped, L-shaped and CH-shaped.

The thickness of the wall keel is generally 0.6mm-1.0mm, the ceiling keel is U-shaped, C-shaped and V-shaped, the bearing keel thickness is generally 0.8mm-1.2mm, the thickness of the covering keel is generally 0.5mm-0.6mm, and the T-shaped keel is generally thick. The thickness is 0.27mm. The bearing keel should not be less than 1.0mm. Thin keels are prone to unqualified mechanical properties and often cause deformation.

The surface rust prevention of light steel keel adopts two methods of double-sided galvanized coating and color coating. If the double-sided galvanized layer or color coating is uneven, the skeleton will be corroded after construction, which will affect the wall thickness of the light steel keel and cause deformation. At the same time, the force of the keel is uneven, and there will be quality problems such as cracks on the top surface or wall.

The customer should decide to choose the wall keel, ceiling keel and specifications and section shape according to the process and decoration requirements, choose the original plate galvanized keel that is not easy to rust, and avoid galvanized keel after use.

Nowadays light steel keel has become the first choice in construction because of its waterproof, light weight, simple construction and not easy to damage. It is mainly used to build the ceiling of houses and workshops. Light steel keel is not a simple operation, some problems should be paid attention to.

1. Slab cracks and wall deformation. In fact, we all know the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction. When using light steel keels, if the wall with a length of more than 2m does not have control deformation joints, and the vertical keel is close to the upper and lower keels, then the wall will be deformed. Therefore, 3mm of open space should be reserved around the partition wall, which will reduce deformation and cracks caused by the influence of temperature and humidity.

2. The connection of light steel keel is not strong. The reason is that some nodes do not meet the requirements of the structure, and some nodes should be handled strictly according to the rules of the graph during installation.

3. The wall cover panel is uneven. It may be that the thickness of the gypsum board is inconsistent, causing the lateral misalignment of the keel unit.
