🧲 On site. In service. No filters.

This is the AMC50-32-125Ex magnetic drive pump running at a customer facility, handling solvent transfer in a hazardous area.

No mechanical seal.
No visible leakage points.
Just steady flow and predictable operation.

⚙️ Site operating conditions:
• Flow: 12 m³/h
• Head: 20 m
• Motor: 3 kW

The sealless magnetic drive design helps reduce emission risk and cuts down routine maintenance — which is exactly why it’s chosen for solvent handling and explosion-risk environments.

It’s easy to talk about specs.
What matters more is how a pump behaves after months of continuous duty.

This one is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

🧧 Chinese New Year — Year of the Horse 🐎

As the Year of the Horse begins, we’d like to send our best wishes to customers, partners, and friends across the industry.

In manufacturing, progress rarely comes from shortcuts.
It’s built on steady work, clear processes, and systems that keep running day after day. That’s the mindset behind how we design, test, and deliver industrial pumps — and how we work with customers over the long run.

Wishing you a safe, smooth, and productive year ahead.
Happy Chinese New Year from all of us at Aulank.

🔧 What is a positive displacement pump — and why do so many processes depend on it?

In many industrial systems, stable flow matters more than pushing big volumes.

A positive displacement pump moves a fixed amount of fluid every cycle. That’s why the flow stays predictable, even when system pressure changes. For viscous media, dosing applications, or pressure-sensitive processes, this behavior is often exactly what the system needs.

🛠 You’ll commonly find positive displacement pumps in:
• chemical processing
• temperature control systems
• polymers and oils
• OEM equipment where consistency is part of the design

They’re not the answer for every application.
But when flow control and repeatability are critical, centrifugal pumps often can’t compete.

We’ve put together a clear, practical breakdown here — no theory overload:

A pump doesn’t need to be complicated.
It just needs to behave the way the system expects.

A technical guide to the Positive Displacement pump. Understand the volumetric working principle, difference from centrifugal pumps, and how to select gear, lobe, or screw pumps for viscous fluids.

In chemical service, pump reliability isn’t decided on paper — it’s decided by materials.

🧲 The AMC-F40-25-125 magnetic drive pump is built with a fully sealless design, made for corrosive and leakage-sensitive fluids.

Key wetted parts — pump casing, impeller, and containment shell — are all made from F46, chosen for long-term chemical resistance and stable flow in continuous operation.

⚙️ Silicon carbide is used for the shaft sleeve, shaft core, fixed ring, and impeller wear ring to handle wear under nonstop chemical circulation.
🧪 This material combination is commonly applied in acid, alkali, and aggressive chemical systems.
🌡️ A practical option for petrochemical units, electroplating lines, and pharmaceutical processes where uptime really matters.

Less sealing.
More control over materials.

🛠️ Engineers focused on real applications and operating limits

At Aulank, sales and engineering sit close to each other. Questions get answered early, details don’t get lost, and decisions stay practical.

That’s how pump designs turn into equipment that runs steadily on site.

Less talk. More shared understanding.
And that focus stays the same as we move into the new year.

🔧 Assembly verification and stability runs as part of regular quality control

This is where small things show up early — alignment, vibration, sealing behavior, flow stability.

It’s not the most visible area of the factory.
But it’s where pumps prove they’re ready to run long-term.

On the WL series assembly line.
No staging. No showroom lights. Just daily work.

🔧 The WL vertical vortex pump is built for continuous circulation in high-temperature systems — hot water, thermal oil, glycol.
You’ll find it in rubber injection molding machines, extrusion lines, compact temperature control units, and machine tool cooling loops.

It’s not a flashy pump.
But many customers run it for years with minimal maintenance — sometimes without a single service call.

Quietly doing its job. Keeping the process steady.
That’s what this pump is built for.

In chemical processing, sealing is rarely a small detail.
Most of the time, it’s where problems start.

🧲 The AMC32-25-125 magnetic drive pump is designed for applications where leakage, high temperature, and aggressive media simply aren’t acceptable. Removing mechanical seals, it reduces common failure points and lowers long-term maintenance risk.

Optimized hydraulics support high-head, low-flow conditions, while the magnetic drive system remains stable from cryogenic service to high-temperature operation.

You’ll find this pump in fine chemicals, APIs, petrochemical processes, waste treatment, and water treatment systems — running continuously, with controlled noise and vibration.

Sometimes reliability isn’t about adding more parts.
It’s about removing the ones that fail first.

⚠️ Leakage at 100 °C is never a small issue — especially in hydrogen systems.

At a customer’s alkaline water electrolysis plant, an existing pump failed under high-temperature, high-pressure NaOH service. Persistent leakage quickly became a safety and reliability concern.

The MDC-M190F gear pump is now operating on site, handling 20–30% NaOH at temperatures up to 100 °C. Since installation, it has remained stable in continuous operation and eliminated the leakage problems seen before.

In chemical and hydrogen production systems, real operating performance matters more than lab data.
This is one real example.

🛠️ Precision assembly, built for extreme operating conditions.

Aulank MDW Series vortex magnetic drive pumps are designed for stable fluid handling from –196 °C up to +400 °C, with wear-resistant impellers and bidirectional flow capability.

They’re already working in high-temperature mold temperature control, semiconductor process cooling, chemical equipment, TCU systems, and ultrasonic cleaning applications — where reliability matters more than theoretical specs.

From careful assembly to real on-site operation, this is how we approach industrial pump performance.

When temperature, pressure, and media all push the limits, pump stability becomes critical.

The MDH(L) vortex magnetic drive pump is built for applications where conventional pumps struggle — extreme temperatures, mixed-phase flow, and continuous operation.

From cryogenic conditions to high-temperature thermal control, this pump focuses on what really matters: non-wear design, stable magnetic drive, and reliable performance over a wide operating range.

It’s already working in TCU systems, semiconductor thermal control, chemical processing equipment, and vacuum or negative-pressure applications.

Because in demanding processes, reliability isn’t theoretical — it has to run, day after day.

❓ Need a compact pump for high-temperature circulation?

The WD-10 stainless steel vortex pump is designed for clean liquid circulation in mold temperature control, reactor jacket heating, and thermal oil systems — where space is limited, and stability really matters.

Engineers choose WD-10 for its compact vortex design, stable circulation at higher head, and suitability for hot water, thermal oil, and ethylene glycol.

It’s a practical solution for temperature control and industrial circulation — built for daily operation, not just specs on paper.
