CEEG SFPZ18-180000/220 220kV Main Power Transformers Shipped to Mozambique!

Two SFPZ18-180000/220 transformers have successfully completed 36 rigorous tests before shipment — including 9 type tests, 25 routine tests, and 2 special tests. Notably, 22 of these tests were witnessed on site by the customer, ensuring full transparency and confidence in performance.

Designed specifically for tropical operating conditions, these transformers feature an optimized internal structure combined with seven-level temperature control technology and high-efficiency forced oil circulation and air for cooling.

This integrated thermal management system keeps component temperatures stable even under sustained high ambient temperatures, supporting long-term, reliable operation.

🏗️🚢 CEEG’s 230kV main transformer for a project in Myanmar has been successfully unloaded on site.

🔧📍As this was the first time the port handled unloading a transformer of this size, several on-site challenges arose during the operation. Our engineer worked closely with the customer’s team, providing technical guidance and real-time support to ensure the process was completed safely and in full compliance with installation requirements.

⚡🛠️The transformer is now in position and ready for the next stage of installation. It will support stable power transmission for the project as it moves into the commissioning phase.

🤝 From challenges like “Crossing the Acid River” to “Information Relay,” participants demonstrated strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Every setback became a lesson, and every breakthrough deepened our understanding of what a team truly means.

✈️In the “Dream to the Sky” session, creativity met hands-on practice. Groups assembled aircraft models, sharpening creativity, time management, and leadership. Excited to announce our latest shipment to Italy! 🚢

CEEG has delivered 23 custom-engineered cast resin transformers for a new PV + Energy Storage station. ⚡☀️

Engineering for a hybrid project requires a precise, robust design. Our transformers were tailored to manage the specific demands of both solar generation and battery dispatch.

Project Highlights:

1. Models: 15 units (4125kVA) & 8 units (3300kVA)

2. Custom Voltage: 30kV / 0.8kV, 30kV /0.69 kV to perfectly match the solar and storage inverters.

3. Dual Capacity: Built with AN/AF ratings to manage peak loads.

4. Grid-Ready: Fully compliant with IEC 60076.11 & EN 50588-1 for European grid standards.
