PVC film, a routed MDF door underneath, and a table that holds vacuum until the film takes the shape.

The membrane comes down, the pumps pull the air out of the corners, and the film wraps the router line you see here. Take the door out and the surface is one piece — no glue line, no pocket of air.

The colour is the customer's. The wrap is where the machine earns its keep.

One head, twelve knives, and a vacuum table that holds the sheet flat.

The spindle drops onto the board and the cutter walks the profile you drew. No pencil line, no jig, no second pass to clean the cut up.

What I like is the small job: a door detail, cut once, edge already ready to sand.

This is what a machine looks like the day before it ships.

Stretch film against moisture, ratchet straps down to the container floor, timber blocks under the base so the weight does not sit on the frame.

Nothing in this photo is high technology. It is the difference between a machine that arrives square and one that arrives with a bent base.

An edge banding line with a return conveyor is a strange thing to get attached to. Watch one for a morning and you understand.

The panel goes in at one end and comes back to the operator on the conveyor, so nobody walks around the machine all shift. The ba**er is the same machine you already know — the conveyor is what changes the day.

Two machines, same panel, different machine.

The MF360B and the MF630A are both full automatic edge ba**ers. Both take 10–60 mm panels. Both take 0.4–3 mm edge tape. Both feed at 13–23 m/min.

So the comparison that actually matters is what happens between the first station and the last:

MF360B · 6 stations · 9 kW · 4,100 × 1,000 × 1,600 mm · 1,400 kg
MF630A · 8 stations · 13.5 kW · 6,550 × 750 × 1,550 mm · 2,200 kg

Read the two footprint lines together and something counter-intuitive appears: **the heavier machine is 250 mm narrower than the lighter one.**

Stations are added along the bed, not across it. Two extra stations show up as 2,450 mm of extra length — not as extra width. When you plan the floor, plan wall length, not aisle width.

A cold press has no temperature figure to publish.

That sounds like a small detail. It is the fastest way to check whether the machine in a quotation is the machine you actually asked for.

A cold press cures the adhesive at ambient temperature. Nothing is heated, so there is no platen temperature, no thermal oil circuit, and no temperature controller on the panel. What it gives you is pressure and time.

A hot press is the opposite. Our six-layer HT-300 publishes a maximum platen temperature of 180 °C, and it takes a 63 kW thermal oil furnace to hold it there.

So here is the 10-second test. Open the control panel.

A cold press panel: pressure gauge, timer, up, down, stop.
A hot press panel: the same, plus temperature control.

If a quotation gives you a "temperature" for a cold press machine, that figure came from a hot press specification sheet. It is worth asking which machine is being quoted, and at what pressure, because on a cold press it is tonnage together with platen size that decides the bond, not a number copied across from another machine.

Choose the cold press on tonnage and platen size, worked out from the panel you actually sell:

The hidden cost of a dust collector is not the machine. It is the maintenance you did not plan for.

What servicing actually involves on this unit:

- The collection bin (735 x 570 x 1140 mm) sits on a trolley frame: bin out, bin in.
- Filter cleaning is automatic. Pulse jet cleaning on impulse control runs at preset intervals while production continues, so nobody stops the line to shake bags.
- The cartridges are reached through the service doors - 32 of them at 150 mm dia. x 1000 mm.
- Running noise stays below 70 dB, so the unit does not become the reason people avoid that corner of the shop.

And before it leaves Qingdao: every unit is inspected, then packed in an export plywood crate with waterproof film.

Ask us for the maintenance schedule and spares list for your configuration. That is the part buyers forget to ask about until month three.

Five small dust collectors, or one central system?

Both work. The difference shows up in the third month, in three places:

1. Floor space. Five mobile units need five clearances around five machines - space you could be using for a drying rack or a second bench.
2. Service load. Five units means five sets of bags or cartridges to check, clean and replace, on five different schedules. One central unit is one maintenance point.
3. Air quality where it matters. Portable units catch dust near the hood but let the fine fraction escape into the shop. A central cyclone + cartridge system moves the volume of air that a real production day generates.

This is the same 15 kW cyclone pulse unit we build in series at our Qingdao plant - 14,000 m3/h, 96 m2 of cartridge area, automatic pulse cleaning, explosion-proof distribution box, under 70 dB.

If you are setting up a new workshop layout, send us your floor plan. Our engineering team draws the cyclone position, ducting runs and filter unit placement before anything ships - that drawing is free, and it is the part that decides whether the system works.

Most dust collectors in a growing shop are not too weak. They are sized for the wrong thing - one machine, when the shop now runs five.

A cyclone pulse collector works in two stages. The cyclone takes the coarse chips and heavy particles out of the air stream first. The cartridges behind it then only have to catch the fine dust, which is the part that actually clogs filter media and kills suction.

That two-stage order is why a unit like this can hold its performance through a full shift instead of fading by lunchtime:

- 14,000 m3/h air flow
- 96 m2 of filter area across 32 cartridges (150 mm dia. x 1000 mm)
- Automatic pulse jet cleaning on impulse control - the machine cleans itself while you keep cutting
- Explosion-proof distribution box
- Runs below 70 dB
- 2630 x 2460 x 3600 mm, built for CNC machining centres, edge banding lines, panel saws and sanding stations

The mistake we see most often is ducting: a collector that is right for the machines but wrong for the run. Long ducts, too many bends and undersized pipe rob the airflow before it ever reaches the hood.

Two questions and our engineers will size it for you: how many machines, and how long is your longest duct run?

Every WFSEN dust collector is built under a CE and ISO aligned quality system and tested before it leaves the factory. Our technicians check controls, airflow and safety functions on each unit — and buyers can watch it happen through video inspection before shipment. Core components (PLC, motor, bearings, gearbox) come from reliable industrial suppliers, and the unit is backed by a 2-year warranty with responsive after-sales support. For overseas buyers, compliance documents and mechanical inspection reports support a smooth procurement review. Buy with confidence — quality is checked, not promised. contact us!!
