The steel strip is gradually bent into a tubular shape by passing through multiple rollers, forming an open-gap tube.

A high-frequency induction heating device heats the tube's edges to a molten state, and squeeze rollers apply pressure to complete the welding process.

Key parameters controlled include weld gap (1-3mm), welding temperature (1350-1400°C), and squeeze pressure.
