For composite materials,the are widely used in aircraft, wind power blades, yachts, cars, shoe mold and other industries. Mainly used for the production of various models, checking fixtures and mold/patterns. China’s domestic car manufacturers (Benz cars, Audi cars, Mazda cars), Sinovel and Hudson Yachts are our partners! The materials of composite tooling boards have polyurethane (polyester) tooling board, epoxy resin tooling board, unsaturated resin board, As we are the first factory of the first piece tooling board manufacturer in China ,it means that some of domestic companies was still using our oridinary generation of tooling board’ recipe ,which was spread out from our factory. But after several years develop and research,All of our composite tooling boards have upgraded, especially on dimensional stability and Wear-resistant which can meet more industrial development needs.
