Three ways to work with the KNIPEX Pipe Cutter (90 25 25) when cutting composite and plastic pipes up to Ø 26 mm.
Insert the pipe and:
1️⃣ rotate the cutter back and forth
2️⃣ cut straight through
3️⃣ rotate the pipe itself

Cutting plastic pipes and sealing sleeves made easy – KNIPEX BiX® 90 22 10 BK.

1️⃣ Open
2️⃣ Insert the pipe
3️⃣ Turn (follow the arrow on the tool)

It works cleanly and without chips on:

✅ High-temperature drain pipes and electrical conduit
✅ Unreinforced plastic pipes (Ø 20–50 mm, up to 2.4 mm wall thickness)
✅ Soft plastic pipes (Ø 20–50 mm, up to 3.5 mm wall thickness)

And thanks to the rotating blade block, you can also cut drip and sealing sleeves precisely to size, even with a wall clearance of approx. 2–3 mm.

Thanks to its unique blade arrangement, the TwistCut® can be used to cut plastic corrugated pipes from Ø 13 to 32 mm and up to 2.7 mm corrugation width – without damaging the internal cables.

Simply insert the pipe, close the pliers, twist – done.

The pipe cutter that also strips SWA cables.

In most applications, the KNIPEX TubiX® XL pipe cutter 90 31 03 BK cuts copper, brass, and stainless steel pipes with wall thicknesses up to 2 mm and Ø 1/4" - 3" (6 - 76 mm). But it’s also well suited for stripping SWA cables.
