Vestamatic Joins Brel International – Shaping the Future Together
As of July 1, 2025, the Dutch company Brel International B.V. has acquired Vestamatic. Brel is a long-established, owner-managed provider of sun protection technology and is recognized as one of the leading companies in Europe. Backed by a strong private equity partner, Brel is pursuing a clear growth strategy based on reliability, innovation, and partnership.
The Vestamatic brand, which has been established for around 45 years, will continue under the new ownership. We are combining many years of experience with fresh entrepreneurial spirit. Our shared goal is to maintain the success of existing products in the market while developing and launching new solutions.
The well-known brands Rollmat, Rolltec, Quattro, and Time Control will continue to be sold under the Vestamatic name through specialized trade channels. We will also continue our trusted OEM business in close collaboration with our industry partners. Going forward, we will place a particular strategic focus on the project business, which we aim to actively expand and further develop together with our partners.
Reinoud Arts will be responsible for Technology and Administration, Thorsten Breithor for Sales and Marketing.
Erik Budding will closely accompany the activities on behalf of Brel International.
