Our German headquarters near Frankfurt has once again successfully completed the EMAS validation – and our registration in the official EMAS Register has been updated! 🌱

For us at Adam Hall Group, this is an important confirmation of our ongoing commitment to systematically embedding sustainability into our business operations.

As environmental conditions change, regulations evolve and expectations around responsible business practices grow, companies need to be able to adapt. This applies to the event technology and AV industry just as much as any other sector.

That's why sustainability is not just about reducing our environmental footprint. It's also about understanding the challenges ahead, identifying opportunities for improvement and building the structures that help us respond to change.

EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) helps us do exactly that. The European Union's environmental management scheme provides a framework for measuring environmental performance, setting objectives, monitoring progress and reporting transparently on the results.

As part of our renewed validation, our 2026 Environmental Statement was independently verified, and our EMAS registration was officially updated.
Of course, environmental management is only one part of sustainability. Social responsibility, our colleagues and the people we work with are equally important to our broader approach.

We can't predict every change the future may bring. But we can make sure we're better prepared to respond – systematically, responsibly and with a long-term perspective.

1,876 kilometres, 81 rides and 8 motivated colleagues! 🚴‍♂

Once again, our Adam Hall Group team joined the STADTRADELN 2026 initiative, swapping four wheels for two whenever possible – whether commuting to work or cycling in their free time.

And the results speak for themselves: Together, our eight colleagues covered 1,876 kilometres across 81 rides, securing 4th place in the local ranking!

How does the live industry grow when the market isn’t playing along?

At our Global Partner Summit 2026 in Bali, Indonesia, we brought together 22 selected partners, customers and thought leaders from 18 countries across Europe and Asia-Pacific for three days of open discussions about what’s changing in our industry – from shifting customer needs and investment decisions to new technologies, business opportunities and the future of live experiences.

More than anything, the summit was about listening and understanding what really matters to build long-lasting partnerships – especially when the world around us keeps changing.

Despite all the changes ahead, one thought from Bali particularly stuck with us: “Even if things will change, you can’t replicate the live world. People are still going to be hungry for entertainment. We as an industry are sitting in a good position.”

We couldn’t agree more.

For us, this is what ‘Beyond Partnership’ means: involving our partners early, being open to feedback, learning from the people who know their markets first-hand and using those perspectives to shape our products, services and direction together.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us in Bali and shared their experiences, perspectives and ideas so openly. This kind of exchange is what moves partnerships – and our industry – forward. ✨

Every year, we usually join the official World Cleanup Day in September. This time, the official date didn’t quite fit our calendars – but that’s no reason to skip it.

Today, we headed outside for our very own Adam Hall Group Cleanup Day. We collected trash around our headquarters and in the area around. Gloves on, bags ready, sleeves rolled up. 🧤

Because taking responsibility for our surroundings doesn’t depend on a specific date. What matters is getting out there and doing it together.

Hamburg is calling! ☎️ From 6–8 October, the live and AV community comes together at LEaT con 2026 – and we’ll be right in the middle of it with LD Systems, Cameo, Palmer, Gravity Stands and Defender, alongside our Adam Hall Integrated Systems team at booth A1-G08.

There’s plenty on the agenda: new products and solutions across audio, lighting, integrated systems, studio equipment and accessories – plus three expert talks, a panel discussion with our CEO Alexander Pietschmann and even a Case Race with Defender.

But what we’re looking forward to most is what makes this industry get-together special: seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, exchanging ideas and talking about what’s next for live and AV.

What happens to Public Relations when AI becomes the new gateway to information? That’s a question we believe our industry should be discussing together.

This week, we invited journalists and media representatives from across the German-speaking event technology and ProAV industry to our headquarters for PRESS FORWARD – an AI workshop on the future of media relations and visibility in AI-powered search.

Together with journalist and podcast-host Fritz Espenlaub and Sarah-Yasmin Hennessen from Marketana, we explored how AI systems are changing the way information is found. How do we make sure the information we provide remains relevant, up to date and visible? What makes a source easy for AI systems to find, understand and cite? And how should manufacturers and journalists adapt as search itself changes?

One thing became clear: AI visibility starts long before an AI generates an answer.

It starts with reliable facts, current data, clear context, first-hand knowledge and trustworthy sources – and with how that information is structured and made available so AI systems can find and use it.

AI may generate the answer. But we shape the information it has to work with.
That also changes how we think about PR. If the way information is found changes, the way manufacturers and media provide, exchange and publish it has to evolve too.

Our first PRESS FORWARD event was therefore not about presenting a finished GEO playbook. It was about bringing manufacturers and journalists together to develop a shared understanding of what relevant, trustworthy and discoverable industry information needs to look like in an AI-driven search landscape.

We want to move forward together with our partners and help shape how our industry stays visible, relevant and well-informed in the age of AI.
