🚛 New to the RELINE fleet: the AQUA.UV curing vehicle!

One truck, a wide range of applications. This rehabilitation vehicle is designed for pipe liners in sewers as well as for liners in pressure pipes. For these pipes, the vehicle is equipped with enhanced technology to ensure that the liners fit snugly against the pipe wall during installation. With 350 metres of curing cable, fewer excavation pits are required.

The vehicle is also suitable for drinking water pipes. All components can be swapped out for this purpose, as only equipment used exclusively for drinking water is permitted on drinking water sites. Colour-coded parts make the equipment immediately recognisable on site, and the vehicle undergoes certified cleaning after every changeover. 💧

🔧 The vehicle is available from the RELINE rental fleet. Installation companies can also purchase it as a customisable model.

🚛 Neu im RELINE-Fuhrpark: das AQUA.UV-Aushärtefahrzeug!

Ein Lkw, vielfältige Nutzungsszenarien. Das Sanierungsfahrzeug ist für Schlauchliner in Kanälen ebenso ausgelegt wie für Liner in Druckleitungen. Für diese Leitungen bringt das Fahrzeug verstärkte Technik mit, damit sich die Liner beim Einbau sauber an die Rohrwand legen. Mit 350 Metern Aushärtekabel sind zudem weniger Baugruben nötig.

Auch Trinkwasserleitungen hat das Fahrzeug im Blick. Dafür lässt sich das komplette Equipment austauschen, denn auf Trinkwasserbaustellen darf nur Werkzeug eingesetzt werden, das ausschließlich dafür genutzt wird. Andersfarbige Teile machen es auf der Baustelle sofort erkennbar und bei jedem Wechsel wird das Fahrzeug zertifiziert gereinigt. 💧

🔧 Das Fahrzeug steht im RELINE-Mietpark bereit. Einbauunternehmen erhalten es auch als Kaufmodell, individuell ausbaubar.

Welcome to the team, Kevin! 👋

Since July, he has been part of our Application Technology team. Having previously worked for several installation companies, he knows exactly the challenges that users face on construction sites. He is now bringing this practical knowledge directly into our on-site technical customer support during liner installations, as well as into the training courses offered by our Global Academy.

We look forward to working together and to the continued growth of our team!

Seit Juli ist er Teil unseres Teams in der Anwendungstechnik. Er war zuvor bei mehreren Einbauunternehmen tätig und kennt daher genau die Herausforderungen, vor denen die Anwender auf der Baustelle stehen. Dieses Praxiswissen bringt er jetzt direkt in die technische Kundenbetreuung vor Ort beim Linereinbau wie auch in das Schulungsangebot unserer Global Academy ein.
