Egyptuino was founded in 12/10/2012 by Asem Mohamed, Ahmed Hussein, Saad Zanfal and Mostafa Mohamed which are all senior Electronics Engineer and keen interested in electronics. They do also do product development (ideas and schematics), programming and documentation. This a young team and a group of passionate guys. It's committed on open source, hardware and software. Everyone is free to take the information provideds by Egyptuni and do fun things with it. Because that’s what “open” means. Enjoying, learning, advancing, and sharing – that’s what each and almost project at Egyptunio is about. This shop is a new endeavour with a few more people involved in this, behind the scenes. For now it’s all being done on a very limited scale. Just a way to make stuff happen and get stuff out there for those early adventurers who are interested in some of the things happening at Egyptunio. The Ethernet Shield connects your Arduino device to the internet in mere minutes. Just plug this module onto your Arduino board, connect it to your network with an RJ45 cable (not included) and follow a few simple instructions to start controlling your world through the internet.

The Ethernet controller of this Ethernet Shield is W5200. it is twice the buffer size of W5100 and support for up to eight simultaneous TCP/UDP connections. There is an onboard micro-SD card slot, which can be used to store files for serving over the network. Thanks to a lowered RJ45 pot, you can flexibly add most shields on top of this Ethernet Shield.
