تم تأسيس مجموعة حديد العشرى سنة 1983م و تم البدء بشركة متخصصة فى مجال تجارة مختلف منتجات الصلب، مع مرور الوقت و التوسع المستمر تم تأسيس عدة شركات متخصصة فى مجال صناعة و تشكيل منتجات الصلب.

نجحت مجموعة حديد العشرى فى إنتاج و توفير مختلف منتجات الصلب المطلوبة/المستخدمة فى المشروعات الإنشائية و المشروعات الصناعية كما انها ساهمت فى توفير معظم متطلبات المشروعات القومية من إنتاجها المحلى.

Administrative Affairs Specialist Needed !

Key Responsibilities
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are fully prepared, equipped, and operational.
• Coordinate hospitality services for executive meetings.
• Oversee petty cash operations, track administrative expenses.
• Supervise the distribution of seasonal employee grants in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
• Prepare detailed periodic reports covering administrative services
• Maintain and organize company administrative records in full compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
• Monitor and replenish stocks of office supplies
• Follow up on routine and emergency facility maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
• Manage incoming and outgoing official correspondence, maintain mail logs, and ensure prompt delivery.
• Execute additional administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Arts, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
