🔎 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation
Maintain accurate purchase, sales, and stock records
Perform precise data entry and system updates
Assist in monitoring receivables and supplier documentation
Coordinate efficiently with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics departments
Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal procedures
🎯 Candidate Profile
Proven experience in an administrative or accounts-related role
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in MS Excel and Word (formulas and structured spreadsheets preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
