RuggedPOD is an Open Hardware project borned in Europe and expending all around the world which aims to create a low cost flexible datacenter infrastructure to address IT challenges. The project is transforming IT from office space class equipment to industrial era by using natural convection and outdoor cooling efficiency. It is currently used to create:
- microdatacenter in emerging countries,

- massive datacenters based on renewable energy to create 0 carbon footprint DC,
- Software implementation of 4G LTE infrastructure as to reduce global Internet connectivity cost and increase wireless bandwidth
