McManus Hardware in Randalstown is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly Team.

About the Role:
You’ll be the face of our local Hardware Store – helping customers with tools, building materials, paint, plumbing, electrical supplies, and DIY advice.
This is a varied, hands-on role that includes customer service, stock handling, keeping the shop tidy, and working closely with our small Team.

We need someone who is:
• Customer-facing and personable – friendly and helpful with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving stock
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Full of common sense and willing to learn new products and skills
• A strong team player
• Tidy and takes pride in a clean, organised shop
• Experienced in Retail (preferred) with Hardware and DIY knowledge as a big advantage
• Computer literate with good Maths and English qualifications
• Holds a full driving licence
