If you need more space a cost effective option is to convert part or all of your existing garage, a garage conversion can be a third of the cost of an extension. Whilst improving your garage offers great potential it is more complicated than simply just adding some plasterboard to walls and ceilings. We have put together approved systems that provide customers compliant levels of insulation and finish to a similar or superior level to the adjacent house. Please see pictures of a part conversion that provided our client with space for their hobbies and a garage conversion, they are great areas for a home office or gym etc.

We were pleased to be given the opportunity to help new owners moving into the High Wycombe area, who had taken on the refurbishment of a lovely old house that required some TLC. NPS was brought in to make good structural issues which were delaying the project progressing. We advised the client and helped them to obtain the required advice from a structural engineer, we then carried out improvements precisely to the specifications provided and made other improvements - weathering other exposed structural elements and replacement of unstable masonry. The client commented “Thanks your work was very high quality and we are very pleased”.

We are delighted to undertake another project for our client in Denham, having already built the extension, carried out internal remodelling, and helped source a Wren Kitchen. We were part of the design team, and we supplied and fitted Origin glazing and rendered the masonry in Eco-Rend self colour products. We have also converted the utility room to a ground floor shower room, and now built a sturdy base and fitted Ecoscape composite decking at cill level to create the feeling of space by practically removing most of the step, bringing the external space in when the bi-fold doors are open.

Whilst this is a small extension as assessed per square meter, the client has had larger ambitions for her much loved home, investing in higher end glazing and finishes, and has worked closely with Neil and the team at NPS to maximise the budget. It is always a bonus to undertake a project that has made such a significant improvement to our clients living experience and enjoyment of their home. Neil, completed this new build project near Henley some time ago and we have just got around to reviewing the pictures. The project looks great if we say so ourselves. The internal photo is a tack room if you wondered what the black frame is.

Technically challenging roof design, brick and flint construction and Origin glazing supplied and fitted by NPS.

We did not do the landscaping hence the white plan view.
