Safety and compliance is always a priority at TRACTO UK. All our GRUNDOWINCHES are IVA’d to ensure they are fully road worthy, meeting the required standards for use on UK roads. .
Ensuring our winches pass Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) means they’re built, tested, and prepared to perform safely and legally in real world conditions. Ethan Masih, TRACTO Service Technician, is pictured here whilst online to the DVSA completing all the checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

Earlier in the year, a challenging project by TRIUR Construction Ltd. Construction Limited was successfully implemented near Galway (Ireland) with help from the TRACTO GRUNDORAM Goliath and one of our experienced team for on-site support and instruction.

The challenge was to lay a 900 mm pipe over a total length of 12 m for a drainage pipeline - working under a railway line and exclusively at night.

The tunnelling was efficient and controlled; taking only 25 minutes per 6 meters – without subsidence or noticeable vibrations. Thanks to precise ex*****on and optimal railway monitoring, train traffic remained almost unaffected, while the residents were also barely disturbed.

A successful example of how even complex projects can be implemented safely and reliably under demanding conditions – especially with trenchless technology.
