an underlying pathology (fractures, bruising etc) that causes discomfort when nailing on conventional shoes . The encased aluminum shoe is bonded in to a

flexible polyurethane cover giving comfort to the sore hoof, enabling the horse to carry on with its daily activities whilst the hoof repairs itself.
