Benson Boone European Festival tour 2025

With Benson Boone’s “American Heart" tour coming to the UK this month, we look back at our summer supporting the man of the moment.

It was great to hear from our old friend Paul English who contacted The Next Stage to see if we could help him out with a small set for Benson Boone’s European festival run. We set about putting together a rental package based on Paul’s brief.

We supplied three 10’ diameter rolling risers with the top surface and hard fascia finished in silver aluminium composite panels. We created a rear walkway with ramped returns at either end with integrated Pixel Line lights across the front with consideration given to how it could breakdown for ease of movement and storage backstage.
It was great to work with Paul again on what we all thought was a great little project.

The Next Stage were thrilled to have been contacted by the fantastic Lewis Capaldi team to supply all the main staging elements for his 2025 UK and Ireland tour,
A huge thank you to Cassius Creative and Nick Laurie for choosing The Next Stage to not only build the custom tiered elliptical band riser complete with painted finish to the flooring and fascia, plus a custom fabricated curved thrust but for also taking out our new 60' x 40' rolling hire stage on its maiden tour

What a pleasure to be asked by Workshop to help them build the set for the UK’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 - ‘What the Hell Just Happened?’ by Remember Monday.
The Next Stage built a slanted, circular riser as a base for the crashed chandelier which was the centrepiece of the set.
The riser had to split into three sections to get onto the show floor easily for a quick deployment before the performance. Some CNC cladding was also provided and the whole system finished off and decorated beautifully by Workshop.

A huge thank you to Wob Roberts, Ollie Metcalf and the Craig David team for choosing The Next Stage to supply the Band Risers and a custom designed, rolling DJ Console for the Craig David 25th Anniversary Commitment Tour.

We fabricated a custom DJ Console complete with integrated video facia panels, all designed to be built and broken down for transportation in under 15 minutes.

Also supplied for the tour were two 8’x 8’ x 2’ LED Video Risers, both stage right and stage left risers having a drum kit set up on each.

This new Hire Riser that has LED attached to the front and sides is an exciting collaboration between The Next Stage and Video Design Ltd that incorporates both video and set into one very sleek system saving on both build time at each venue and truck space as each riser packs away into its own individual transportation cart.

The Next Stage have been busy manufacturing a huge mainstage structure for F1 75 Live At The O2.

This 55m long beast had to be built in two halves in order to fit into the workshop.

The whole floor of the stage was LED video tiles, to make sure these all went down and located correctly, special frames had to be made to give the correct location for the product.

A lighting shelf was integrated around the stage to give a space to place many more lights which were used to great effect by the teams when introducing themselves and new car liveries.

To help with a fast load in the whole stage structure was built to roll into place once the huge video and lighting trusses were hoisted up from the centre of the arena.

Of course, all the cars needed to get out onto the stage, here we collaborated with Video Design to produce a doorway in the upstage video wall.

Our talented team pulled out all the stops to deliver the project on time, echoing the work ethic of the F1 teams that were front and centre on the night.

It has been an honour to be a part of such a stunning production

The Next Stage were recently on site at the Gielgud Theatre asked to install a custom video header for the fully reconceived production of Oliver!
The Upstage LED screen at over 11m wide was quite a large element to fit into the limited space of the 1906 built theatre.
The production and installation carefully overseen by Tom Lee, Senior Production Manager for Cameron Mackintosh Ltd.
Thanks to Unusual Rigging for the installation of hanging hardware and Blue-I for supply and installation of the video tiles.
As with all our work, the header was test built in our workshop prior to dispatch.

The Next Stage were recently asked by Adrian Powell to produce some illuminated lantern towers for the fabulous Jyoty on her sold-out takeover night at Brixton Academy.
Thanks to JCJoel for their help and advice on fabric choice for these lanterns.
Test built in our workshop and installed onto a revolving stage.
We were very pleased to hear that both production and artist were happy with the result.
