Our Client is a science-based agricultural technology company with 30,000 employees in 90 countries.

The restaurant at one of their UK sites has acoustic problems and we were engaged to create a detailed 3D Revit model from point cloud data in order to investigate proposed acoustic panel layout options.

This exercise proved very successful, enabling the client to select their preferred option, meet the attenuation requirement and instruct their contractor to proceed with the installation.

International Centre for Engineering and Physical Science (ICEPS), University of Leeds - Benchmarq was engaged to develop a 3D Revit model of the special gases lines supplying the clean room laboratories, for coordination with the master Revit Building Model being managed by main contractor, BAM Construction. Working from 2D AutoCAD drawings and components created in Solidworks, Benchmarq created 3D model layouts of the single bore and co-axial stainless steel pipework along with isolation valves, valve manifold boxes and support bracketry. Working extremely closely with multiple companies, we also provided real-time confirmation of critical spacing and dimensions for the pipework installers as they worked.

We successfully delivered a Revit model LOD 400 and DWG drawings of Warsash Maritime Academy.

Located on the eastern bank of the River Hamble in Hampshire, it has been providing education, training and research to the international shipping and offshore oil industries since 1946 and is part of Solent University, Southampton.

Our model focused on two of the buildings on the site; the Cadets Residence (Shackleton), linked walkway and refectory block (Moyana) which are Grade II listed as buildings of special architectural or historic interest.

We delivered this interesting barn conversion 3D model captured by laser scanner.
While the walls and part of the roof were new construction, the Client retained the pre-existing structural part of the building. This was more of a challenge to model due the distortion and movement of the wooden elements over time, as was the roof on the old barn side of the building.
In the end, a job well done and a happy Client.

This was a small project but due to the poor condition and alignment of the internal walls and floors it made for a very challenging job. Part of the scope of the work was to show in a high level of detail the precarious condition of the structural elements. This project was delivered to the Architect for development in Vectorworks and despite the challenges we delivered this on time and budget!

Here are 2 great shots that we extrapolated from our Nymans model, a National Trust Property. Commissioned by the owner of the historic building, Benchmarq were selected to create a 3D model.

Hearing about the benefits of BIM and 3D modelling, our client wanted to use the model to enhance the visitor experience, as an asset management tool of the property and grounds and to help give them a more coordinated approach to the design of new facilities at the property.

Designed to reduce traffic congestion in the city, and supplement the overcrowded local suburban surface rail system, the Mumbai Metro is largely expanding over the last few years.

We worked closely with the Design team during a period of several months on the production of dozens of drawings to incorporate plans, profiles and cross-sections for the crossovers, together with details such as reinforcement, waterproofing, notes, schedules, annotations and drawing frames, all to our Client's CAD standards. Not only a great project to work together on but the foundation of a nice partnership with a great Company.
