Mental effort from Sean Facey yesterday, a goal of his was to podium in 3 disciplines & he’s finally done it despite having his teeth knocked out in his semi! He has a national 3rd place in Kite, a national 3rd place in longboard & now a national 2nd in SUP 👊🏻💪🏻
Be proud of those medals, let them remind you of what you have achieved & also to never stop trying to become better & grow for greater things.
