We’ve recently completed a full roof renewal, including a number of upgrades and improvements to ensure the property is protected for years to come. This included:

• New breathable roofing membrane and treated timber battens
• Upgrade to the roof void insulation
• New Double Roman style tiles
• Dry ridge system with matching ridge & hip tiles
• Valley renewal
• Code 4&5 lead-work to abutments, valley & chimney
• Renewal of cast iron effect guttering
• Lift shaft renewal with design improvements
• Fire escape roof renewal
• Bird protection measures
• New Eaves carrier trays

This full roof renovation included stripping the old roof, removing spray foam insulation, new breathable felt, battens and tiles, leadwork, chimney repairs, new coping stones, a new flat roof with a Velux roof window, and upgraded insulation throughout. Just the final finishing touches to go before another quality installation is complete.

This roof was installed using Sandtoft 2020 concrete plain tiles, providing a traditional appearance with long-lasting durability. The roof build up includes Breathable Air membrane, tantalised battens, eaves support trays and a mechanically fixed dry ridge system with matching ridge tiles.
