A lovely little job this week! šŸ˜Š

Delivered some bits to a 92-year-old local lady who couldnā€™t get to the shop, because of scaffolding blocking access, then fitted and tested her new wireless doorbell while I was there.

It only took a few minutes, but it made a huge difference to her day.

Sometimes good customer service isnā€™t about making a sale, itā€™s about helping people.

If youā€™re local and need hardware, DIY supplies, or a hand fitting something simple, pop into the shop. Weā€™re always happy to help.
