🚧 WE HAD TROUBLE WITH VOSA (DVSA)… AND IT WAS A WAKE-UP CALL! 🚛

As a scaffolding company, we know there’s more to running a successful business than putting up scaffolding and getting the job done.

Our experience with VOSA (DVSA) made us realise just how important transport compliance really is.

We now hold a Full International Operator Licence and have taken steps to strengthen our procedures and ensure we’re on top of:

✅ Having our very own dedicated Transport Manager
✅ DVSA daily vehicle and walkaround checks
✅ Scaffolding load security and transportation
✅ Fleet management and vehicle maintenance
✅ Driver responsibilities and compliance
✅ Preventing prohibitions, fines and the risk of losing our Operator Licence

We’re taking our experience, learning from it and making sure our standards are where they need to be.

Sometimes it takes a difficult experience to make you realise just how important getting everything right really is.

A lesson learned. Standards raised. Moving forward stronger. 💪

A great working relationship built on trust, quality and delivering on our promises. 👷‍♂️

We first got speaking with Jeremy at Freshwater Estates when they needed an emergency scaffold. We responded quickly, got the job done and made sure everything was completed to a high standard.

That initial job has since led to us being asked to price 20 houses in Clare, which we’re currently working on, with a further two sites now in the pipeline.

It’s always rewarding when hard work and quality service lead to repeat business and lasting relationships.

Freshwater Estates have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They deliver some fantastic quality builds, and that’s something they should be incredibly proud of.
