ANOTHER record sales month for our branch at Bence Plumbing + Heating + Bathrooms and I couldn’t be prouder of the team.

In what continues to be an increasingly challenging market for the plumbing and heating industry, achieving growth is never something we take for granted. Every order, every enquiry and every customer matters.

What makes this achievement even more rewarding is that we’ve done it as a relatively small independent merchant, competing through hard work, outstanding service and by building strong relationships with our customers.

To make things even more interesting, we’ve also been rebuilding our bathroom showroom throughout the month. Working around builders and disruption has certainly added to the pressure, but the team never let it affect the service we provide.

A huge thank you to every member of the team for your commitment to go the extra mile. Your efforts don’t go unnoticed.

And, of course, a sincere thank you to all of our customers and supplier’s. Your continued support and loyalty are the reason we can keep investing in our branch and striving to offer an even better experience.

Here’s to building on the momentum and seeing what we can achieve together over the coming months.

Tomorrow we are 'bringing it home'… a little earlier than normal!

Not for maintenance.
Not for training.
For England. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Ps. We are even allowing our Scottish staff to leave early, so they have time to get into their full DR Congo kit before kick off 😊

We’ll be closing at 4.30pm across all our branches.
