Do you have issues with water coming into your garage?

Our panels sit on a 75mm aluminium plate that is upturned 20mm on the inside. Any water coming under the panel hits the upturn and runs out. To seal the plate to the floor there is a full width of bitumen tape and two silicone bead channels.
