IMPORTANT UPDATE

As most of you have read and seen we are back at work from Monday the 5th our website is back live now too! Be aware the website will not progress any orders under £100 the website is on a £100 minimum order basis

However I feel I need to address a few things before we kick back off in 2026.

We have a fair amount of negative reviews due to comunication which I will accept sometimes I may miss a call or a text message which I myself am working on it can get a bit hectic at times and things sometimes get missed however moving into 2026 there are some important changes you may need to be aware off

No business calls or text messages will be responded to before 8am or after 6pm unless you are receiving an after or before hours delivery. The reason for this being that if I respond to a message at 8pm 90% of the time it’s expected to be carried on through the evening which leads to messages not being responded too or calls not being answered and customers being unhappy.

This will prevent any missed messages or messages being opened of an evening and missed in the morning. I appreciate everyone’s business however by responding to customers 24/7 it has left me with people thinking we are a 24hr business and being upset when they aren’t responded too.

For example we had a phone call last night at 11:45 followed by 2 text messages asking for a price on materials and a delivery today. As much as I’d like to be as big as Amazon in the real world we are not and we can’t offer that kind of service.

Moving into 2026 if we have website orders come in and we can get them to you sooner being in the area you will be contacted and asked if that is what you’d like or if you’d like to stick with the same delivery date

If you do call me and I don’t answer there is a good chance I’m either with a customer or unloading/loading my trucks if your call doesn’t connect send me a text message and I’ll call you back as soon as possible

Dropped in some more materials today to the camo airsoft store on canvey island it’s not often we get to see the end product of what our materials make but a lot of our customers have some great ideas!

The camo airsoft store really surprised me with what they’ve created they have all kinds of things going on live target practise, smoke machines, surround sound systems, a full arena with multiple rooms and hideouts, a huge airsoft shop I didn’t take a photo of for obvious reasons 😂

If your into your airsoft give these guys a follow on Instagram they run all kinds of events and do offer private hire and party’s supplying the equipment too!

Unfortunately due to time and recieving complaints at delays we will no longer be able to accept orders under £100

As some of you know we are a small business running with two trucks due to the volume of orders we receive sometimes things take longer than planned especially when we try our best to go the extra mile and take delivery’s into back gardens or garages which I’m sure no other company’s will do.

I’m all for negative feedback and constructive criticism however it does seem that a lot of people seem to forget the last minute orders they put in or the favours they need to get things where they need it so the only way to resolve this issue and to get our name back to where it should be we are having to make some changes.

Delivery’s will now unfortunately be kurb side delivery only / driveway delivery only I will make exceptions for oap’s as I wouldn’t expect my Nan to carry a railway sleeper into a garden so I don’t expect you or yours too either

Minimum orders will be £100 and above
Delivery will only be free to Colchester and local areas

Delivery times will be 2 days from order I will not take any order that you have forgot to order and I say we will try to get to you IF WE CAN and to then receive negative reviews when we can’t

NO COLLECTIONS please do not arrive at my yard to collect products we will not be there

Thank you to all my valued customers I appreciate your business

And to those that do decide to leave negative reviews or slandering messages on groups please refrain from calling me in a months time when you see my prices are better because you will not be served
