​What You’ll Be Doing
​As the face (and voice) of our parts desk, you’ll be the bridge between our inventory and our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

​Customer Support: Assisting trade and retail customers over the phone and at the front counter.

​Parts Identification: Using electronic catalogs to accurately find the right parts for the right vehicle.

​Order Management: Processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring stock is organized.

​Problem Solving: Offering technical advice and finding solutions for those hard-to-find components.

​What We’re Looking For
​Experience: Previous experience in a parts department (dealership or motor factor) is highly preferred.

​Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle makes, models, and components.

​The "Family" Fit: A positive, reliable attitude and a willingness to help out wherever needed.

​Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and parts look-up software.

​The Details
​Pay: Competitive rates (negotiable based on your experience).
​Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
